Education facilities are all about keeping up with current technologies. We have completed countless renovations as well as new construction for many of Oregon and SW Washington's public schools and Universities. These projects typically require a quick turn around on a tight schedule in order to minimize the impact on class schedules.

Lake Oswego School District GC: Skanska 141,000 SF New School Completed: January 2022 Key Highlights: - 2-story wings with learning studios are clad in efficient cement board. - 1,100 students - Paired Learning Studios: exploratory classrooms. - 2 gyms, covered play. - Student Commons: dining, drama, library
Tigard-Tualatin School District GC: Triplett Wellman Contractors New Middle School Completed: 2021 New Construction of Twality Middle School Key Highlights: - New Media Center, Commons, Gymnasium, Visual Arts Classrooms and MakerSpace to enhance our curriculum. - Classrooms fully wired for technology with flexible “extended learning areas”.
Salem/Keizer S.D. GC: Pence Construction Completed: 2021 Addition of a new performing arts center, expanded career and technical (vocational) education spaces, 12 new classrooms, and special education spaces
Salem Keizer School District. GC: Todd Construction Completed: 2021 Extensive Remodel of existing school.
Oregon City School District GC: P&C Construction Completed: 2021 Full Renovation of the existing Middle School.
