New Projects for 2017 / 2018

As of June 1st 2017 PECi has been awarded two new projects. One being the brand new Hazeldale Elementary School. This project will be ran with Kirby Nagelhout Construction Co. as the General Contractor. The current school, built in 1942, will be torn down and replaced with a modern, 83,000 sq.ft., two-story building that will hold 750 students and will open in the fall of 2018.

The next brand new school project is the Gaston School District-Wide Improvement Project. P&C Construction is the General Contractor on the this Project. We will construct a new 30,000 sf high school building, performing $1.1 million of seismic upgrades to the existing elementary school, and complete site and building improvements throughout the K-12 school campus.

These are a couple of the bigger projects along with a TI in Dallas Oregon, and a Lighting/HVAC upgrades summer project at Beaverton High School.

PECi is still actively bidding projects, however these new projects we have received recently give us a great start to the rest of the fall and moving into the winter.
