City of Gladstone 20,000 SF new construction. GC: P&C Construction Will be the new home for the Gladstone Police Station, City Hall & Community room for public meetings. Start June 2019 and will complete May 2020.
5,000 S.F. Renovation 15,000 S.F. Expansion GC: P&C Construction Historic Renovation and expansion of the Local Library right down the road from PECi.
New, two-story public safety facility for the Rockwood community in Gresham Oregon. 12,000 s.f. GC: P&C Construction
